I have recently had a package stolen by the post master herself and another employee that said she was responsible for placing the packages in the parcel lockers and placing the key in the post office boxes, except mine never made it that far. They both said that they have absolutely no record of it after being scanned in. The were the only two working that morning, they were the first and last one's to see it. In the post master's own words, she said it is one of those weird anomalies, it just disappeared into thin air. Because I am not willing to accept that answer, I lost my ability to be refunded and even that wasn't a guarantee because they lied to their boss and told them it was accidentally given to someone else . Thing here is I went down there 3 times and have 2 witness willing to testify. $130, the package contained 10 lbs of bead's bought off eBay. Now I have no beads or refund...

Very friendly bunch of folks working in there. They ALWAYS greet people with a smile. There is rarely any wait time.(except holidays maybe)kids love their little candy container on the counter.

One of the postal workers is rude and not very helpful. If you hate your job enough to be rude to the customers maybe you should find a different one.

They don't know about Priority Mail International shipping, and it has cost us a lot of time and money. I would definitely recommend using the USPS website, or maybe trying another post office for important international shipping.

Went and bought some boxes. While there, I asked what time they closed. They said 4:30. I rushed to get a box ready to ship and got back up there at 4:25. The first door was unlocked but the second wasn't. I could hear voices and laughing. I tried to get their attention. No one came out till 4:30 on the dot. I asked for help and they said no. When I told the lady that I had askedher what time I had to be back by and she had said 4:30, she answered with "Yes, we closed early".So don't depend on the open and close times. They seem to be up to discretion when it comes to helping customers.

2020 has been a very difficult year for the Postal Service! But I just want to say the Weaverville Post Office staff have been GREAT!!! They work so hard, and try their damnedest to get your mail to you. They even have to deliver packages for UPS, which I think is very unfair. MOST of my packages are never delivered by UPS, even though I have paid for door-to-door service! So our Post Office picks up the slack. We love you guys! Keep up the good work!

Honestly it's the best postal service place I've ever been to. They got good people there. And good staff. They are very dependable and I haven't had a problem with anything yet.
