We have been working with Kimberly for about a month and a half now. She refuses to talk on the phone email only. Won't answer the phone so zero communication. She could not get a return on the tile information after 45 days. She keeps telling you that she has not heard anything when actually she has done nothing or completely forgets to do it. After all the waiting she came back with we can not complete your title request without a reason why or any type of helpful information. All and all a complete waste of time and money. Might lose the sale because of this. Cost lots of grief for my family and the buyer. So my suggestion if you want to buy or sell a house in Trinity County, do not use Trinity title you will be wasting your time.

Completely let me down and costed me an extra 2k in fees because they did not do their job! Sold my property and somehow the lenders never got paid almost a month later now and finally got a payoff amount that is not only wrong also I’m being penalized for their mistakes and it’s costing me 2k out of my pocket. Never ever again
