Always understaffed. Always a line of 20+ people and only two tellers. If you go here you WILL wait for at least 20 minutes. As a large bank you'd think the management would be competent enough to staff adequately. Super annoying & inconvenient.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over 40 years. Their online banking and bill pay is great. But when I need to actually go to the bank, as I often do to make cash deposits, the wait times have become ridiculously long due to under staffing of bank tellers. The tellers on duty do a fine job, but with 10 or more banking windows available, branch management will let people stand in a long slow line outside and around the building while providing only 1 or 2 tellers to handle transactions, and act like that's normal and OK. It's NOT OK. It's just another obvious demonstration of putting customer service in second place to profit. I am definitely looking for an alternate banking solution.How many additional details do you need? You are only using 10% to 20% of your teller window capacity, while 80% to 90% of your customers wait in line 30 to 45 minutes to see a teller.

I went into Wells Fargo and there were 20 people in line and only 2 tellers. There were a total of 5 workers and 3 sat and talked. This bank is worse than the DMV.

C L O S E D !!!!!!! went to atm to deposit money to cover a transaction. It was late and I had an envelope full of cash. My only other choice was Pajaro. Being aware of the safety concerns of Pajaro area, I was not able to make a deposit & over drew the account. In explaining this to the marina mngr. Trying to get overdraft fee removed, she said, "you are being racist" probably because shes a pinchi letti chola. But, the truth is the truth. She was a rude. Smug pos named salena. WTF wellsfargo!? You suck. Time to move on from you pos losers. F*** YOU SALENA. Cant even read or pronounce a simple word. Ignorant losers.

The Security Officer was very nice and friendly, he always greet the customer and always open the door for us, the teller and the banker was awesome and very acknowledged, manager was friendly too, the only down size is I have to wait outside for awhile to get inside the bank and get services due to not enough employees, sometimes only one teller.

The manager and the employees need to work because they do not want to serve people, they have a bad mood and are not considerate at all. They doy care that customers really need help in fraudulent transactions doesn't care if the clients are frustrated and want to close their account for bad service and they say "ok, let's do it. they earn their salary by letting frustrated clients go, they didn't answer me that only by appointment they would call you when they have appointments available "what a terrible service, and how rude service"

I a have with the Wells Fargo, I’ve bank there for twenty and some. I have over eighty thousand and I only make twenty-six cent a month. I have all my statements when I deposit check and it doesn’t add up ,not only that but they transfer my account with out my consent or knowledge to a different department that I should’ve been notified.They keep on change routing number and account number also.I saw and a application that supposedly I had open and it’s a fraud. Am thinking of filing a complaint to the federal reserve to get answers.

After working all week with very little time to spare I go to this branch to open up an account for my kids. I didn't know there was a specific time you had to do this, I mean it doesn't say you can't open an account at 530 pm. That's exactly what happened. The guy told me that because they close at in 30 mins they can't open an account for me. Well thanks guy, all my banking needs is now at Bay Federal Credit Union.
