I have used the pharmacy with great satisfaction for 20 + years. staff and owners have always been kind and engaging. in the last few months of '23, I have received the wrong pills in my bubble pack...I discovered the error, which was corrected immediately. The stunning anomaly in service was in Dec 23. I was in picking up a routine prescription and the staff member asked for my ID, I presented my CDL which was expired pending my completion of my written test . . The clerk, thumbed through my paperwork and RUDELY announced that it was EXPIRED! The interaction swerved towards her declaring loudly that I was accusing her of being racist. Ummm that's not where I go with strangers....so....my stomach turned. She insisted that I had been notified of the policy change and said that I'd BETTER have my ID in order next time When I called, this week, to confirm that my prescription was in, was "reminded", again, about the ID requirement. I assured the staff person that my PASSPORT was current! My sweet husband went in to pick up my prescription, HE DID NOT HAVE TO SHOW ANY ID ! ps: something fishy is going on and it's too sad and stressful to stick around and figure it out. goodbye and thank you for the many years of good service

I tried to get a job there but they wouldn't even reach out to me because I don't speak Spanish. I have 6 years experience in a local pharmacy as a head clerk. Saw their add on indeed and no response. I truly know I would be a great asset but i feel truly discriminated against. I feel the owner is very discriminated against people that cannot speak Spanish because I live in a sanctuary town. Horrible.

Fast & great customer service; they are always busy but there are 4 customer service cashiers that keep the line moving. Much appreciated, thank you!

Customer service is excellent. They sell medical equipment. I come here for my medications. Unfortunately I cannot stand for long periods of time. And I have to squat down during my wait or stand in line with extremely painful feeling in my back. I would love if they had chairs for customers to sit on during their wait. Perhaps have a ticket system. Delivery service is available, if you are home to answer the door. Still a great option if your unable to pickup medications.

My mother is in the hospital and they told us yesterday evening that she was coming home just 1.5 days later. I scrambled and looked up reviews, asked friends etc. and serendipitously I came upon Watsonville Pharmacy. Living south nearly an hour my gut was this was a longshot. I was lucky enough to reach Rebecka who made my stressful search a breeze. Hospital bed, mattress alarm, rails, hospital tables, toppers, ongoing sanitary supplies, check, check, check. Rebecka did everything for me, quick quote and even committed to delivery THE SAME DAY!!!! Wow. The prices were quite reasonable and the service superb. On the receiving and set up, my brother was helped by Anthony or Tony as he prefers. Trunkey delivery, explanation, demonstration of function and all quite professional. We were in a really tight spot and Watsonville Pharmacy was absolutely stellar in every facet. Rebecka and Tony.....THANK YOU GREATLY!!! You rock. 5 start first class all the way around! Have shopped here for a few months preparing for family members up coming surgery. They have had everything I’ve needed and more. I have been to other stores and nothing compares to their knowledge, products, and navigating insurance. Shop here first! I don’t know what I would do with out their help.

There is no comparison with the chain pharmacies in the area. They interact with my doctors seamlessly, they fill prescriptions rapidly, and they excel in customer service, especially in customer pickup.

I have been having a real difficult time with Walgreens. So I made the switch to Watsonville Pharmacy. The staff is so pleasant and kind! Line moved fast and my order was made correctly and prompt! I'm so happy to find my new pharmacy!

Paul -- in one word -- customer service at its absolute finest!Professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, friendly (and so much more)...he patiently answered my questions and concerns (Medicare!) and it seemed like I was his only customer.Watsonville Pharmacy hit the jackpot with him -- thanks again, Paul!

It used to be a great pharmacy years ago, but the last few years I have noticed new staff and unfortunately the service is no longer the same.
