? Watsonville Office Review ?????I had a fantastic experience at the Watsonville Office of Palo Alto Medical Foundation. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to address my concerns. I highly recommend this healthcare facility. ??⚕️? #TopNotchCare

They've got big new seats and the wait is always totally short! My PCP is here and she's great but if she's not available I can see other docs and they've been wonderful too!

Very disrespectful and dismissive. Doctor would not see our baby girl just because we were 10 mins late and it was dead empty

I had just one appointment at this facility and I liked how clean the place was and smelt very nice. Very structured. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was easy and quick. Good experience.

My care team and the staffs at the front are amazing and awesome! They're friendly and always on top of what was needed. Haven't had any bad experiences with them for the many years me and my family goes here.

Moved to Pacific Grove from the Bay Area. I went to this office for blood work twice. So impressed with: The Covid procedures, the office staff nice attitude and efficiency, the Tech lady was top - blood drawn was all over and I felt nothing at all. Results were available on line within a day.

We had a marvelous experience! From the MA to our dr seen, Cynthia Hill. Very caring and took time with us even after their closing time. Amazing ~

Docor Martha Sandoval Bernal is the most uncompassionate, rude, condescending, uncaring cruel doctor ive ever experienced. She does not care about her patients. She has blown me off numerous times and several of those times I saw other specialists that diagnosed me with health issues including a highly contagious disease. Does doesnt take me serious. She doesn't care if youre in pain or have anxiety or depression. Its no wonder she was the only doctor accepting new patients because she sucks. Ive been on a waiting list for a new doctor for nearly 2 years. So if you are looking for a new one and find the same issues ive had with her I recommend finding a new doctor. She is THE WORST and can barely stand the sire of her.
