Watsonville furniture helped us so much after losing everything from the Pajaro floods this year. Thanks to them we were able to move back home with furniture for the whole family. They went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful!Thank you and God bless!!!

I have to admit that I was naive. I like to believe people when they tell me they're going to do something. I bought a leather sectional from Mike, the store owner, and he delivered it and very sincerely he told me that there was a 10-year warranty on it for any issues, No questions asked. He would just replace the piece that had the problem. We should hands and I really felt like I could trust him to be good with his word. Of course it is not in the sales receipt anywhere. But I thought what the heck this guy has great customer service and his product is so awesome that he probably never has to replace anything. So of course I should trust him... But unfortunately 2 months after I bought the couch one of the recliners started making funny sounds and having a hard time closing all the way. Over and over again this happened. So I text him first to let him know what the issue was and sent a little picture over. No response. I waited a week or so and then I called the business line and he answered and he said oh yeah definitely he would get me a new one. I said, "Great. What is the time frame?" He wasn't sure how long it would take because some of the shipping had been delayed but he would let me know and get it to you as soon as possible. So I hung up feeling like I was going to get a new piece to my couch so that it would work. A month goes by and I don't have any word from him so I text him again. No response. At this point. The couch was so broken that every time it closed it was gouging marks in my laminate flooring. I didn't know this. I thought it was just making loud noises and struggling. It wasn't until I moved and took apart the whole thing that I find gouge marks all over and my flooring. So after playing this game of trying to get him to deliver on it, all the times that I called and texted him were completely ignored after the one time I was able to catch him at work. So I never got the replacement before I moved. I feel really sad about it because I thought I could trust him. I thought he was a decent person. And turns out he's just a swindler. If you choose to buy anything from his company, go in knowing that you will never have a warranty on it. He will not take care of you. If there's any problems. He will ignore you and pretend like you do not exist.

Don't do it, don't buy here. I agree with the other two comments here, that was my experience as well, owner promises things and then has a way to gracefully not get things done. I paid $5,000 + for a sectional and paid extra for electrical foot lifts that stopped working after two times lifting, horrible products! When I called, he said it would be replaced and he never called or delivered the replacement. When I called, he would say he is going to check his storage room if it arrived and for me to call back in 5 minutes. It's been a year of this game and my sofas still don't recline. Again, I agree with other reviews, stay away from this place.

We've been customers for a couple years now, and have bought numerous things off of this furniture store. But this last time we purchased a bed frame the owner forgot to deliver the bed so we had to call him to remind him and address what was going on, he was super rude and unprofessional. He then promised to take the old one with him, he left it on purpose and tried to gaslight us into thinking that wasn't the deal. My mom called super upset and and he then promised to come another day to pick up the old bed and hasn't. He is a great example of a greedy business owner, he got his money and forgets how to treat a customer. Aside from his absurd prices and his supposed "discounts" we managed to continue to come back for his pieces. We are no longer making business with him and he lost valuable loyal clients.
