The staff helped me get a new SIM card in my phone after mine was stolen. They did it all for free and and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm so glad to have a phone again. Thanks

Went in to buy a new phone and Cesar was very helpful and patient , answered the million questions I asked, and was professional and kind the entire time I was there, would recommend this store solely for the customer service he provides!

This store has 1 or 2 people that actually work, the other 3 or 4 hide in the stockroom. One staff member goes and asks who is next then walks off because I guess it's to much trouble to get me a phone and line access.. Manager needs to fire the dead weight, this store is a fine example of how to lose long time Verizon customers.

Visited today, and no customers with four people working, including a manager, and they could not help me out because they would not take digital of my license. I would understand if they were busy, but the store was empty. Manager told me to go home and get my license or order from my phone for pickup. Waste of verizon resources.

Very disappointed. I went in to the store yesterday (a Thursday) they told me they couldn't help me because they were short staffed. They tell me that by tomorrow they would be fully staffed, so they schedule an appointment for the following day at 2pm. I go in the next day (Friday) for my appointment at 2 and the store is closed. I didn't even get a call or email to let me know they were going to be closed. They should of at least called to reschedule the appointment, so that we didn't have to drive over there for nothing.

Staff was friendly and fast. Verizon though wouldn't honor the $800 trade in. They said the offer was expired. I saw the commercial the night before. I canceled the purchase and changed to ATT. Got the phone for free. Verizon's just lost a customer and ATT Gained one. Gotta keep up with the competition!

This location is absolutely horrible. They sent everyone home at the start ofcovid. Realized they were saving money and just kept it that way. Even when there's 4 employees standing around they will not help.they all have to click around on their stupid tablets for 15 minutes without looking up or caring at all. I despise going into this location and wish to God they didn't have the best network because I would drop them in a heartbeat if I didn't need cell service that worked. Awful customer service.
