Verizon is miserable to work with, but at least this one dude in this one store in Watsonville was patient, knowledgeable, and very nice. Thanks Cesar!

The staff helped me get a new SIM card in my phone after mine was stolen. They did it all for free and and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm so glad to have a phone again. Thanks
