I've been going to this post office for 30+ years. Every single time I go in, the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. What's up with all these negative reviews? People just need to relax.

I had a complicated issue during a move and I was already out of state, so I couldn't try to resolve it in person. The person I talked with on the phone was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
