AVOID THIS PLACE! Terrible business practices. They charged for a service that was not done properly to a disabled man. Pretty much took our money for nothing because the fingerprints were not readable. The staff even told us they were not readable but still charged us regardless.

The customer service here is horrible, they took my wrong fingerprints and they didn't want to take responsibility for it and I had to return 5 times and they didn't refund me the difference ???

Do NOT get fingerprinting done here, from being asked to pay $3 to print out a pieceof paper to get my fingerprinting done, even though they just needed a QR code, to my prints being rejected, this experience sucked. Definitely make an appointment, was rejected as a walk in because they didn't have staff for doing the fingerprinting.

Not a place to go if looking for a notary. Waited over 20 minutes and then gave up and went somewhere else. I should have known better than to go here after reading all the reviews.

I am disabled. I had three boxes to ship and no one would help me. This is the first UPS store where I have been treated like this.I arrived 20 minutes to closing time.While I was struggling with a dolly to put my boxes on, a woman came out and said they were closing.It is difficult enough to live a normal life without being able to walk, this added insult to injury.

Horrible customer service experience. The lady with the multi colored hair loved to tell customers what they can’t do without offering any help. She should not be working with people. If I was the owner of this business I would be embarrassed to have an employee working for me like her. I won’t be going back to that store.
