I went to the buisness and it was closed…. On google it said it was open every day,- so i called and made a appointment . After shredding my materials i got the bill,- i was in shock!! Last time i was here i bought a lot of boxes and it was a good deal.. not this time .. Ups or other more convenient places would have been a much better deal!
The people seem nice enough..but the prices no so much!!

We recently contracted with this company because the previous vendor (Shred It/Stericycle) were awful. We are glad to support local businesses. The owner Jessica is very responsive and they are always on schedule.

Had an overwhelming amount of boxes that needed to be cleared out and shredded, called Stordok and from the first interaction, Jessica and Paul were very helpful and responsive to my emails and text messages. Reasonable price for fast great service. The driver, I believe his name was Geovanni but I could be wrong, arrived early and ready to take on the job! He was able to complete the 800 box pick up in a matter of hours and left the area organized and clean! We will definitely be using Stordok for future projects!!

Great place to shred unwanted documents. I have been there twice this month. Will be going back soon. Very friendly staff. Cheapest place in town.

A great service. This is the second time I have used Stordok. We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment, they took us right in. Weighed our 18 boxes of documents, about 500lb, $105.00 and shredded everything. Super friendly staff. Fast worker. I highly recommend Stordok.

They are so busy that walk-ins are fridays only. They fail to inform this on their phone message. They were nice enough to take my documents and said they would be shredded the next day. I was a little concerned they would be sitting there but I trust they kept them secure and shredded the next day as they said.

So, I checked Stordok's web site and you can bring your shredding in on ANY Friday between 7:30am - 4pm. So I loaded up my truck with shredding material to drop off on my way to work. I get there and the girl in the office said I would have to call back after 1pm because the truck wasn't there to shred documents. This is the only day to bring documents to shred and they can't even be open on the one day to do shredding.

I called Stordok last month to use their shedding service at my house. I was given a window on Friday morning. About 20 minutes before the end of the time I got a call saying that they were behind, had over scheduled and would be late. I contacted Stordok and was told that/they had over booked and were indeed late. In fact the shredder truck was in Carmel Valley, had another job in Pacific Grove- while Hiway 68 had tree work being performed. I explained that I couldn't wait as I had to go to work, was not pleased that they did business this way. I was offering a $10 discount. The truck did finally show up. I never received the receipt statement that my papers had been shredded, as was promised. I would not recommend this business.

Very disappointed. Had a full truck load of important documents that needs to be shredded in the spot . the guy said not today only sometimes Friday morning. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have used Stordok to shred my old patient charts since 2001. What you will find is a friendly, professional team to assist you with all your document needs.
They are experts and I have always felt the fee was fair.
Definitely a 5 out of 5 for customer satisfaction! A GREAT LOCAL company!

I found Stordok and made an appointment to visit their location. I received quick and professional service from the 1st phone call/e-mail and was extremely pleased with the level of customer service when I arrived with my stuff. I was greeted by David and he came out to the car, unloaded the boxes and weighed them then moved them into the shred room. I was given ear protection and was able to actually watch him load the docs into the massive shredder. This was comforting in light of a recent news story of another shredding place having two employees arrested for not shredding docs and using the info to compromise accounts. The price was very reasonable and I would feel very confident using them again.

The timing of the free shredding day could not have been better. I brought two boxes and was met by a very friendly woman who grabbed one from me and led me to the warehouse. She offered that I could watch the documents be destroyed if I so desired. There were cookies and food, a free shopping bag, and a band playing lively fun music; very festive. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. It left me with a feeling that I would be happy to come here any time to have documents shredded, even if I had to pay for it.
