Seems like a good store all staff are friendly and patient, went in to get get a new phone for my mother and she was very indecisive, the employees there made sure to help her make up her mind and recommended her some phones she could easily get used to, and we left happy with a free phone I got for adding my mom to my plan!

Amanda the store manager is the reason for the 4 stars. Had a horrible experience buying from Costco and having the wrong phone shipped to me. To make a long story short, she helped me out with everything that corporate said i had do. Thank you so much Amanda I know you didn’t have to do that. They’re lucky to have her and hope shes well compensated for her people skills.

Full on scammers. I went here to buy a flip phone for fun, I usually don't have a lot of money floating around so when I was in talks with them about buying it, I made sure to thoroughly ask about and go over the costs and plan costs before I even considered actually buying it. The male employee told me about the plans and recommended me one where I would pay ONCE for talk and text and I made sure to confirm this with him because I know first hand I cannot pay for random charges. We confirmed this and I bought the phone. Used it for fun for a couple months, then was sent a letter about a random $61 charge. I don't expect to get my charges for anything in mail anymore so I didn't open this letter and was then sent another one saying they added a late fee. Now $91. I was scared so I called their support number and WAS TOLD that this charge would be the "last charge" and it was "to finalize everything" and to "set it in stone" I knew it was bullshit but I paid it. It has been months since then and now all of a sudden, they do it again. Mind you I haven't texted or called once on this thing in MONTHS. I just have it for fun, because I thought it would be fun. With another late fee, now again $91 that I cannot afford. Sending me more and more and more threatening letters to pay this off. I was lied to and scammed and then threatened to pay bills I was told and confirmed I would never get. Do not go here. They will scam you.

Was a better experience this time around compared to our first time. The guy that helped us recognized us and apologized for the inconvenience from last time (was nice of him even though he wasn’t at fault of what miscommunication there was) we really appreciated that. The crew that was in this time was a lot better.

All staff have poor customer service. They always tell clients to come tomorrow even that they have time to do the job. They always speak in English to the customer that only speak Spanish to avoid helping them.

Went in to activate a new phone activated, girl had a "im too good for this" attitude said my phone was done and it takes about 30 mins for it to update with all my info..Nothing was ever transferred.. ended up doing it myself

Staff don't know what they do at this store. Simply untrained and not very friendly at all. .......will change providers too many dead spots with T mobile . Signal sucks

The reps here are awesome. I forgot his name (it might have been the store manager), but he tried his best to help me with one of the phone orders I was having. Back in March, I came in extremely worried about a phone order (long story short, another sprint store flat out lied to me about my phone order), but he went above and beyond when it came to dealing with the situation. He called the other sprint store and dealt with all the drama while being extremely professional and calm about it. Multiple reps ended up trying to help me even though they were extremely busy, and they made me feel like I was truly a valued customer.

Amazing customer service! Both the Gilroy stores were closed for remodeling so I had to make a trip to this location & Jocelyn was wonderful! I'm not the most tech savvy but she was totally patient and super informative! My daughter loves her bright yellow upgrade! Thanks Jocelyn!

Workers dont know what they are doing. My mobile data that I am paying for isnt working and workers sent me out the door because they simply didnt know how to make it work.
