Rude staff. Lady did not seem to want to help us at all. She kept sighing and rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions. Hardly even made an effort to show us what services were offered.

I had rainbow do half of my flooring a few years ago, and I asked them to do the rest over holiday break. Justin was easy to work with. They were accommodating with getting the flooring done while our office was closed. They also helped me match the color of the new flooring with the one from a few years ago (bc the price of that one had gotten exorbitantly high). Easy process and reliable service. Price a little higher than a few years ago, but that could go for all flooring and installation these days.

We replaced carpet, pads and baseboards throughout our house in Watsonville. 2 story home, 5 bedrooms with stairs and a bonus room. We worked with Justin and he was great. He was not pushy, great follow up and provided fair pricing. The installers were also great. Hard workers, quality install and cleaned up after the job. We would definitely recommend Rainbow Carpets and Justin. Thanks again Justin!

We ordered our new LVP flooring through Justin at rainbow carpets and we will be back once the remodel is done on the rest of our house! A pleasure to work with, great insight in to what flooring would be best for us, as giant dog owners, and we are more than pleased with how it turned out. Will be lifelong customers.

A local gem. John was fantastic - friendly, professional and made things happen quickly. I was on a tight timeline, so I chose a really nice carpet from what they had in stock. He arranged for measuring, estimate and installation very quickly. Stairs now look great with new carpet, super professional installation and for less than the big box store wanted to charge. I wish I had known about them before I had LVP installed by another company that was really difficult to work with. I've already recommended Rainbow to neighbors and friends. Will be going back for my next project. A+++

Highly recommend this company for any carpet and flooring needs! I bought a home in Santa Cruz and within months the new carpet that was installed by the old owners was buckling all throughout it. I thought it would be an easy task to find a company to come stretch our carpet but that was about our situation. It took over 6 MONTHS for me to find a company that would either commit, call back, or give a fair quote. Such a nightmare! A friend of mine recommended this company and they had a team out to my house within three days! Not only were they punctual and reliable, but they were also fair in price. Super grateful for this company!

We dealt with Dean after an upstairs water leak required us putting in new carpeting and flooring throughout our house. Dean gave us the best price; provided excellent customer service and sent us installation crews that were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of our home!
