Horrible experience. I waited while they did my car. The owner was in the office. He is very unprofessional, was cussing and yelling @ people on the phone. I was about 9 months pregnant and felt very uncomfortable. He was making small talk and kept interrupting and cutting me off. Better business bureau should shut him down for how nonprofessional he is. they left water marks on all my doors & dashboard.

I went over this past holiday weekend to get my windows tinted a shade or 2 darker even my front windshield. Unfortunately the front windshield was a bit too dark for my liking so I went somewhere closer to home to get it removed the very next day, I know!! Cry face!! Anyway, the place that removed the front windshield tint commented on the tint and said, where did u take ur car to? The work is really good! I said really?? Thank you! I took it to platinum in Watsonville! Platinum also offers lifetime warranty on your tint. They were nice and friendly and I was lucky they were able to fit me in on such short notice as I called one hour before I showed up. Lol. I will be going here again when I’m ready to tint my front windshield again but a lighter shade!! it really takes a lot for a business to complement another business and their work. If you wanna be a baller .. shot caller .. come to platinum tinting here in the W . Paid 260$ for all windows and a sun strip in the front . Looks good so far hopefully no problems (I got it a day ago) lifetime warranty is cool but I don't really wanna come back . Till next time .

Review long over due. Ended up having to take my truck in 3 times! Tint would either have debris in between it and the window. 2nd time tint had a slit, 3rd time was when there was a small knife slash in it so that's why the tint looked like it had a cut in it. Brand new 2022 silverado, and the cut wasn't there the previous 2 times going in. Got over it by the 3rd time. Also snapped a few door panel clips. Yeah, they say the tint has a life time warranty, but I'm not about to keep going back every other weekend with a other issue... rather go somewhere else...

Just stopped by to get a quote on Tinting my back and side windows of my Subaru Outback. The owner gave me a good price and he did it right on the spot! I waited about an hour and it was done! Good guys working there. I would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone who wants their windows tinted!!

BEWAREThey are NOT professional window tint installers & you will risk electrical damage to your car due to extreme use of water. They’ve redone my car a lot of times due to their low quality job and it’s extremely disappointing to have to come back every week. They do NOT have experience with high end cars and your brand new car will definitely have air bubbles all around when you get the tint. They do NOT check over their work and think it’s okay to rob a customer for their money. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your timeService: Vehicle window tinting

These guys have the best price in town. I've taken 4 cars here now. One time the tint bubbled up after a week. I came back and they fixed it free of charge. First come first serve so be ready to wait. Honest guys and clean shop. Thank you

I recommend not going to this place at all. I asked the owner if I can pay with a business check and they said no because I have never done business with them? As a independent automotive business owner, I was super surprised, frustrated. Very very bad service, I felt unwelcome. I suggest you guys not to go there.

I have gone here a couple times and they charged me 200 for the back window and all 4 windows for $200 and i went on 2022 and they charged me 180 for 3 windows what the hell is that. And they messed up all my door trim on my bmw and scratched my bumper pulling it out. Their dicks to other customers too. Wouldnt recommended rookie service

BEWARE! I took my BRAND new car into this place and they broke my car handles and left the rubber vinyl out. They did not notify me that they had broken them. I took my car elsewhere to get fixed, and was told the parts were not cheap and will take a few months to arrive because of the pandemic so I had to wait a few months to get them. Now if the Tint shop would have done their job correctly and taken their time, I wouldn't have been dealing with this issue of spending my time and gas going to the shop to fix my car! The owner stated "sometimes we don't notice" LOL. That is not something you happen to miss! You know when you break something, COME ON. They did a horrible & sloppy job. When I contacted the owner, he did not want to give me a refund and was not very professional. If you can, go somewhere else, you and your car will be thankful.
