His name Jesus. Very very helpful. Walked in the store. Needed a couple items. He actually referred me to. I think a store that was like 4 miles away and he was like if you don’t wanna go there I know they’re competitive, but you can go across the street to AutoZone and I was kinda like this on the mission to grab some things that I needed and went across the street and grab the other things and grab my things from there actually too, but it was just a pleasure to deal with someone who was actually helpful and knew that you were looking for something but you didn’t know where to find it. That’s a blessing you have a goodemployee O’Reillys I hope you take care of them

On vacation and had an check engine error light come on. Dropped into O’Reilly Auto Parts to get the part. Extremely unfriendly. Kid who i asked for help was a real j**** Drove over to the Autozone across the street. Helped me out and I got the part. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

My boo works on his own cars, so we are here frequently as we have a few used ones. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even when I go in alone. Some other places, I feel like I am treated differently being a woman who clearly doesn't work on cars.
