“Chevy has been very accommodating when it comes to serving my car. I have a '21 Bolt (electric). I did not purchase the car here but whenever I have brought it in for service they have tried to be helpful and accommodating. They have two shuttles running and will drive you back to Santa Cruz. The drivers have always been courteous. Recently my car had to stay for a few weeks due to battery replacement and they arranged for a long term loaner from Hertz. I came back several times to get items out of my car and my service manager, Martin did not complain at all. He walked me back to the lot and waited patiently while I grabbed everything. Communication follow up is reasonable too. They are always patient with my questions as well.I do wish there was a Chevrolet in Santa Cruz but these guys do work hard to take care of their North County Clients.”
