Needed a new car battery. Searched NAPA's website, easily saw a bamner above the Homepage "20% Off Puchases Over $125 Promo Code TACKLE" I called my local store, clerk helped me select best battery that fits. Purchased Online for store pickup, got the discount, went to the NAPA store, battery was waiting for me, installed it in the parking lot, took old battery in and received $18 core credit. Totally a positive, money saving experience. As a side-note, as I searched for batteries I went to Walmart, Costco, Amazon websites. Walmart had only 1 battery that fit, and it was only 450 cold crank. Amazon 's website wouldn't narrow the search to my vehicle. Costco website wasn't specific, necessitating a call to the warehouse. Their battery was $149 for 550 cold crank. The NAPA battery I got, after the 20% off, after the $18 core credit, after the $5 for subscribing to their emails cost $115 AND it was 650 cold crank. Really Happy that I shopped the NAPA website on Superbowl weekend.

Low inventory, small store. Older guy working at the counter was very rude, unmasked and unhelpful, we put our things back on the shelves and left to find a different store. Other employees were nice but the 1 star stands.

I needed a starter relay for my GL450 Mercedes, brought original Hella relay to NAPA. Sales person swore that his NAPA brand relay would work. When put relay into fuse box big spark ! Fried the whole fuse box, had to tow car to service center and a $1000 repair. Brought relay back to NAPA and new sales person confirmed it was the wrong part Going to escalate to corporation; General Parts Company. Incompetence and poor training should have a cost!! Jeff

Tried local. Had to order. Came back on Friday. Didn't come in. Tomorrow. Called - On hold 5. Mitch is out to lunch. Nobody knows. Called later. On hold 5. Nope didn't come in. We can try for Wednesday. Try. Gotta go back now for a refund.Save yourself the trouble go to a real Auto Parts store like O'Reilly's.

If you want quick service and love to have non stop sexist passive aggressive remarks made while you wait then this is the store for you. While I appreciate the fact that they helped with my key battery I would have appreciated not being insulted that I am a woman and asked questions. I had a bad morning and the old man did not make my day better. Never going back to that store. I feel sorry for his wife...
