Had a torque converter assessment from another local truck repair service company. I didn't feel the estimate nor the service would be up to par with what I'd expect from a transmission company working on one of my box trucks out of my fleet. I took it to Scott Morimoto and he was patient with me and explanined that even though I only had 65K miles on my trany, by just replacing the torque converter something else could be wrong at any time....With this inforatmiion I couldn't risk my delivery truck being down so I went ahead and got a full transmission rebuild. Yep it cost a little more but Scott was the hero with his advice, service and knowledge. So glad I made the trip to Pajaro to find this great mechanic.

Scott Morimoto replaced my automatic transmission on my 1997 Ford 4 wheel drive F150. He worked with me to allow me to understand and then did the work. Also had him tune up the truck after cylinder #5 misfired. He solved that problem too. New plugs and wires. Engine now runs smooth.

best local garage very honest if my highlander fails hell be my next visit. very honorable gentleman and 5 miles from home so easy walk or uber . highly recommeded!!!!

While the owner, assistant and workers are very nice and professional, my experience has been the worst in my life. Called the week before meeting in person, meet the owner in person and was given a schedule date to drop off my vehicle for $100 evaluation. Towed my car on time 1pm Wednesday and only request given to owner and worker was to please not leave vehicle on the street at night unprotected from being able to steal or vandalism. The owner and worker gave me that promise ONLY to check on my vehicle 5 days later and hadn't moved a inch on the street. Sadly the owner only excuses was he didn't even know my car was directly in front of his shop all week and weekend. His price estimate was almost double his competition across the street. I would rather take my car to Mexico than waste my time here again, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL but nice people ?✌️

I have a 2003 F-150 5.4L v8 that had a Slipping transmission, Scott gave me options to solve my particular problem and I had the transmission replaced. Scott gave a time of completion for the work that was going to be done. Scott called me when the work was completed. I picked up my truck and have had no further issues with the transmission. Highly recommend, to bring your vehicle to Morimoto's Transimission.

I had transmission work done for my Ford super duty truck, transmission had problems the last time I had it rebuilt at another shop. Scott built my transmission heavy duty I couldn't be happier with the way it runs now, it can handle any load I pull with it now. I highly recommend Morimoto's for high quality transmission work. They also do all auto repair work there, I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on.
