Spoke to Maria on the phone and asked if she was a LICENSED TRANSLATOR she told us YES, we then drove an hour out of our way to come and see her and when we arrived she said she was just a notary. Waste of our time ! She needs to learn to listen before she answers.

So I went to get my taxes done here with my brother. We were told the amount we were going to recieve after they were done with our 2020 taxes. A month later, my brother recieves a letter from IRS stating he owes them $. I went ahead and emailed Ricky, and he said he would call me the next day to clarify the papers. I wanted all day and he never call or contact me regarding this issue. By the way this was in March and to date have no response from him or his Tax firm. Super Unprofessional Service. Anyways, we enxed up paying IRS, since we never had a reponse fr these Unprofessional people.About a month ago, I recieved a letter from IRS stating I owed them $850. Knowing how unresponsive, Unprofessional, people these are I wemt ahead and paid IRSBOTTOM LINE: They are apprentice Tax firm! Go with a more experienced professional place. They screw up everything, at the end up end up paying IRS back thanks to their errors.WARNING......DO NOT GO TO MOORE TAX!!!!!!!!!AVISO......NO VAYAN A MOORE TAX!!!!!!NO SAVEN ASER IMPUESTOS CORRECTAMENTE.

He is friendly and polite but this guy doesn't know anything about filling taxes. He isn't attentive to details as he filled my taxes one year with the wrong social security number.. Good luck trying to get ahold of him to fix it. He never answers his phone and his voicemail is full.. I had to call the IRS and fix it myself.. My mother and sister also filled with him the same year i did and they both had issues too.. seems like he didn't submit their taxes after month of when they went and they also couldn't get ahold of him.. if you want to avoid having to call the IRS months after you filled dont go to this place.. The kid here is a nice kid but he simply doesn't know how to do his job... good luck to all who still decide to come here.

This location that’s is posted is False guy claims they are the same but they aren’t went to 30 Alexander and he ended up getting me owing IRS instead when I went to where the real owner of it Juan Gonzalez He helped me told him about how at 30 Alexander they said they were the same and the person there insisted they were but THEY ARE NOT!!! Juan Gonzalez Relocated to 24 EAST LAKE AVE GO THERE you won’t regret it trust me you got to 30 Alexander and you’ll end up with more problems

Definitely recommend this place.Very friendly and welcoming environment.Went to a few different places and wasn't convinced this place was the right place.Got more on my income return than i would of any where else I got quotes.This place Is my new place to do my taxes.THANK YOU Moore's Tax services for all you do!
