Bad overall experience. Bought truck three months ago and has been in the shop at another ford dealership for a month and a half for two separate times. I’m in the lemon law experience already. I went in to get one type of truck and got talked into another and this happened but it happens. What struck me as really bad as my wife and I went in with specific towing specifications, after the purchase, we found out the salesman hadn’t checked to see if the truck we bought met those specifications. It didn’t so if we hadn’t been going through the lemon law process we would now be paying to increase the towing capacity anyway. I’ve always bought fords and love the company (my grandfather worked there for 50 years) but this has been a bad experience at Watsonville

I had a great experience with affordable service. Here I thought that it was going to be more costly but the service rep Adolfo really did what he said and got me a smog and oil service and helped me fix my extra key no charge. Will definitely go back for service needs.
