This is the strangest phone store I have ever been to. The were two nice young ladies there. I went in for internet service. They said I had to buy a new phone. Or they couldn't help me. Went to Capitol. And Jamal there signed me up. No new phone. Really professional.

Metro Users Beware of bill increase at store fronts l walked in to pay my bill that l usually pay on line it was $45 last month when l pay ,$43 on line Today it was $55 at Freedom Blvd pcs store l ask if this was a mistake she rudely gave me my options to pay You can save $12 a month by paying on line But It's a price gouge for people who have no credit cards to pay and have always walked into pay store charging $15 to process bill l will be getting a new phone service asap

Todo bien hasta que empezaron a cobrar 15 dolares de comision por hacer pagos mensuales de telefono. En todas las demas tiendas de metro siguen cobrando 5 por el mismo servicio. Ya no vayan a metro pcs de freedom!

if you are starting a new line make sure to speak spanish otherwise they will charge you more than they have to, in the end i got an alright deal (still paid too much) but only after i called out the rep on her bs. its the same thing at the other metropcs in the area
