This place is closed most of the times but the guy that owns this place is always busy working on side jobs. You can try calling and calling until you get an answer.

Brian sold my mom a washer that does not work at all and had promised her that it would work. Since, he was not able to "fix" the one we had at all. So, he suggested that she should buy a washer that he had available. It does not spin at all, is unbalanced, does not wash well and leaking. I am not sure if he just gets used washers from everyone and tries to "fix them" and lies to the costumer stating that they work. To only find out they are worse. Not only did he sell us a broken washer, when talked about this situation. He mentioned that he had another washer but would charge a fee for picking up the broken washer he sold. I did not understand this due to seeing no policy, or even signing off on this agreement. So, how would you charge a costumer for picking up the broken washer that you sold? He offered to give another used washer and promised that it worked. Prefer the money back, then to get another broken washer. At this point, I do not trust that he knows how to fix washers at all. I think I may follow up with someone involved in law, that is able to guide me through this progress. This is very unfair.

Honest hard working.I got a great deal on a stackable washer/dryer from them.Although it had an issue with the machine leaking after a few weeks, they honored their 90 Day Warranty.

I was referred by Justin from the dryer vent service to Bryan at Luna's appliance. They initially scheduled me for Thursday of last week only to cancel at the appointment time and reschedule for Saturday at 1000!! After waiting til 12 noon Bryan calls and says he is behind and will be there in 40 minutes. I tried to tell him with Saturday traffic it will be longer than that but he says he's on his way. Then at 230 he calls and says he has been called back to the office and I should call Connors appliances in PG!! A whole Saturday wasted waiting for No service!! Worst customer service ever!!
