I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I bought a dress for a formal occasion, I picked it out of her catalog. it was delivered to her store in less than 1 week I tried it on, she checked where it needed to be altered and I picked up the finished product 2 days after that. Nothing g but great customer service. I especially liked that she gives her personal opinion but then says the final decision was mine.

I have never had someone be so rude and HORRIBLE customer service. I went in to to buy a dress and mens jackets for 8 boys in Quinceanera. She wouldn't stop watching tv, said she didn't have dresses in the color I needed, when she had several once I looked. Then she wouldn't let me try them on. It's hard to support small business like this. Not welcoming and looked bother to help, even though I said I drive from Santa Cruz.

She does great work and has saved some of my favorite jackets.SHe is fast on repairs and very reasonable but only the best quality work. I was referred by another great local business Vans shoe boot repair also very well respected hard working folks. lilia works hard to provide great variety of products.Nice lady too.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in with a friend of mine & the owner was extremely rude. She told my friend that she didn't carry dresses big enough for her. This is not the first time she's fat shamed her customers, many people have told me how horrible they feel when they leave her store. It's 2019 the owner should learn to love everybody shape and size!!! I will never give her my money again & will continue to tell my friends and family to do the same.

Horrible customer service that lady fat shames every girl or woman that enters there. Always on the phone and always watching novelas. Pays little attention to the customer. She makes you feel insecure with the comments she makes. I walked in and asked if they had XL OR 1X and she said "sorry we dont carry your size your a little to heavy for our store." I left shocked and and with little confidence. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Lilias can kiss my fat A***

Love this boutique! ALL my party dresses are from here! Lilia's ALWAYS has what I need and has not ever let me down. She even fixed my 5 different layer prom dress a few years ago and it was perfect! They have pants suits, tops, club dresses, not alot of modest dresses unles they are for the older women, buts she has great taste in picking whats in her store. When you buy a dress from her and it doesn't fit perfectly she will fix it for you and never takes too long
