Always Wonderful! Muchisimas to Everyone - I don't know what I would do without them! - Por supuesto They seem like Angels to me! They delivered food & help all through the storms & floods last season. No matter how busy they are they work tirelessly to find me rides to my many appointments. God bless all the wonderful Staff & Drivers. They are such good People.

Lift Line provides transportation to essential services. I would be trapped at home without there services. There staff, scheduling, drivers and dispatch, are all very friendly, professional and helpful.

Liftlines have used their resources, in order to get me to my appointment on time. In my opinion, they go the extra mile for the customer. Thank you to all who helped to make it happen. I really appreciate your professionalism. E. Lee

Grossly incompetent dispatch. From fall 2020 through January 2021 they were continuously unable to get straight the appointment location or date leading to serial missed appointments. Worse she lied repeatedly manufacturing cover-up stories. The doctor himself was so outraged that he called them to attest that he had heard his staff give the correct address and date to the argumentative difficult and time-wasting Lift dispatch. LIFT stranded me hours from my home in bad weather at his office. I had to call Uber to get home. Typical horrendous lack of oversight by S Cruz county with its contractors and non-profits.

This service is for those who need a ride. For example lets talk about the short hours of availability not allowing the seniors to really enjoy the time spent. They should be picked up at different hours. They dont all need to be crunched into the van. Instead of Only one pick up a day there should be At least two pick up hours scheduled. I dont see the point of taking the Watsonville Seniors to Santa Cruz Center if We have our OWN Watsonville Senior Center.

First day my husband was supposed to use this service they didn't show up. When he called to find out where his ride was the “customer service “ rep argued with him that he didn't have a ride TO his doctors but only a trip home from his doctors. Also he needed to cancel a ride due to illness and he left a message. A “customer service†rep called back leaving a message stating he didn't have a ride. What on earth is up with those who do the scheduling? It's important to my husband's life and well being that gets to his appointments... incredibly disappointed.
