The guy in check in office is very nice and helpful i told him i have a another pickup and they’ll close at 8 pm for checkin please load me fast and he was like okay no problem man so i was check in 4:30pm 07/21/23 and he gave me paperwork at 6pm thank you so much I really appreciated

I'm all the way on the other side of the country enjoying a beautiful head of organic lettuce from Lakeside. Even the outer leaves were good! Thank you for all your hard work.

I got about a cup of lettuce off a full head that cost 4.99 from Kroger. Most went in the trash with all the moth eggs and army worms. You cheap sob, get some monterey bt!!

My experience was very bad.Checked in at 2pm and was told that they ran out of product and ill have to wait.Went in for update at 5pm and was told they were waiting on 1 more pallet and will start loading in the next hr.Went in for update at 630pm and they said they dont know what what time they will load me and just got told (rudely) to go back to my truck and wait for a phone call.Went back in at 830pm and asked for the supervisor. The guy running the office was the supervisor and i proceeded to rip him a new one. He apologized and said he has a door for me now, was finally out at 10pmIt was only 15 pallets and these guys made me miss my next pickup appointment at 10pm in Bakersfield.I do not show respect to shippers who shows zero respect for out time.
