“These wonderful people treated me like a king when all I wanted was some of the least profitable work. I had two watch batteries replaced and asked them to help with a watchband I'd bought from another jeweler and had to take back three times because it kept coming off at one end. Instead of selling me a watchband ... they start at thirty bucks for that watch on Amazon ... they figured out that the other shop had inserted the wrong hold-down spring, and hardly charged me anything for doing so. It's amazingly hard to find a business that will do these little job at all in this area, and John's did it for less money. A LOT less money. Everything has continued to work well with my watches, too. Just one thing: Ask them to leave you off of their text message marketing program, or you'll get text interruptions on your phone. They're VERY nice, and I'm sure they will.”
