Made a reservation for same day rental had to cut business trip short for an emergency took a LYFT to office with all the luggage and they couldn’t help over bad business procedures head over to the Enterprise in Watsonville store manager had me on the Freeway 35 mins after failed reservation

Have to sit in the office until my wife can get the car professionally cleaned do to the hertz employee mistaken identification of cigarettes ashes for my children's crackers, potentially costing a 400$$ cleaning fee! They are lazy crooks.
