horrible place they sold me a used 224 predator engine not only was it used it was blown up and it did not come with the original parts?♂️?♂️?♂️do better the people that work there are there to just work those people dont know anything about their hardware job?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

This is a great place for tools at a reasonable price as everyone knows,the employees are friendly and helpful the only problem I have is not with the store but the credit company that they have they suck

The Watsonville location has a manager type male employee whom I find very rude. Perhaps they have a theft problem and end up being suspiciousof customers. Perhaps I am not used to being profiled.

Great experience. I had a list and I asked the man working the aisles where the stuff I wanted was and he pointed out the 6 locations where the items were. One bin was empty and when I found the guy again he went to the back of the store and checked the inventory there. I left within 20 minutes with everything I came to get. It was 2:00pm and was a smooth efficient experience. The cashier was friendly and helpful also. Good for Harbor Freight!

My boyfriend was working on his car and sent me to this location with a list of things. Not my first time there, but first time without him. The staff was great and asked if I just needed direction on which aisle items were. I looked at the guy and he said, "I got you." Someone showed up in less than one minute. He walked me around the store and found each item for me. One item was not there, and so he made a good recommendation for replacement that my bf appreciated, instead of me returning without it. So overall, I had a great experience on my first solo trip.

Toyland for adults. The manager for the Salinas location is top notch. He came out and worked with me personally while there was a line at the cash register. He helped me out with my purchase, I know he's trying to make money, but he did it in a responsible, generous, and conscientious way. That's the kind of customer service you can't even buy.
