+ Great views+ Nice quiet location close to Manresa state beach+ Large rooms- Bath tub not clean to use- Thin walls mean you can hear noises from neighboring rooms- No in-room amenities ... at all! No coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, not even a cup for water. These were available in the shared kitchen downstairs but left out unwrapped; given no running water in the kitchen (no sink!), this felt unhygienic.- For the price, given lack of amenities, and other more standard hotel options in the area, would not return

The room was big and nice, however there wasn't any soap for shower, shampoo or cream rinse. It stated that there were toiletries included and there wasn't anything. Also, no cups to brush teeth with and the toilet paper roll holder is still broken and was mentioned in the comments two months ago. It was too expensive not to have a few of these items taken care of. The breakfast offered did have stale croissants and a cinnamon bread. No fruit other than a tiny banana.....had some yogurt and some regular bread you could toast. If I hadn't paid $287 a night and maybe paid $150 I would have been ok.

A beautiful venue. We stayed in the Protea room, a big, roomy spot upstairs with a huge jacuzzi tub. Continental breakfast was just that, but didn't expect anything more. Towels were soft. No fridge or microwave in unit, but the gas fireplace was a great touch.

This inn location is everything. The inn itself was just okay. Nothing special, the room i stayed in Heather faces the road you can hear the traffic ,the toilet roll holder was broken,the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work,plus it was as if someone added water to the soap to make it go further,in the middle of a pandemic!!The bathroom you can barely turn around in.The breakfast items offered were old and stale.I could go on bit you get the point.

Property and room did not come close to meeting expectations of photos online. Bedding and room was dirty. I'm sorry I booked here and will surely not be back.

Very cute place. Nicely decorated. We stayed in the Protera room that was supposed to be newly remodeled. The decor was nice but did not look newly remodeled. First the room had a strong chemical smell. Carpets were very dirty. Room was not cleaned completely, no soap, no curtain in bath window, shelf not cleaned. Would not use Jacuzzi, jets looked dirty and was very old. Fire alarm went off at 9:00 am. Not a great experience. This place has potential, great views. Maybe we just got a bad room. Just has room for improvement.

My sister and I looked all over for venues to hold a Celebration of Life party for our mother and Flora Vista Inn was thankfully available! From the start Seema was super prompt in responding to emails, texts, and was always on top of it to keep us updated and help out. She truly made the whole experience so much easier and I cannot stress that enough! She really does it all; from setting up the tables, to running the bar, to making those important calls, she is Wonder Woman! The venue is always quite spacious and beautiful! There are these amazing views that overlook rolling hills and there's a serene calmness to it all with it being tucked away on San Andreas Rd. I could go on and on and rave about Seema and Flora Vista but just do yourself a favor and plan your next event at Flora Vista!! You won't regret it!

Looking for a venue in Santa Cruz County with an amazingly responsive host, well look no further Seema is the definition of what helpful is. We recently celebrated my mother's life and Flora Vista Inn was absolutely stunning with views and endless resources for your onsite event. Seema helped first hand find vendors and even the day of the event. My sister and I could not have been happier and so many guest complimented us on finding such a perfect space. Seema was there the day of working the event and available for any concerns or questions we may have had. Thank you again. Looking forward to visiting soon.

We recently had our wedding reception here and we are SO happy with how things turned out. First of all, the property is beautiful and maintained well. When it came to wedding planning, Seema was there for us from start to finish. She helped coordinate food, music, decorations, etc. On the day of the event, Seema was so busy taking care of things and making sure everything was going according to schedule - she didn't even get to eat! That's how dedicated she was to making sure our special day was stress free - and it was. She is very easy to work with and we couldn't have picked a better person to help us with our special day. Thank you Seema!!

Stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for a place to stay driving through the area to see family. To my surprise this place is fantastic! Location: great views from almost any bedroom, a block from the beach, and located in the middle of santa Cruz and Monterey. The hospitality was amazing from Seema, she showed us around, gave us everything we needed to self manage for early coffee, and even had some loaner tennis racquets to use for their tennis courts. Breakfast at the house was available, but we had food plans with family already so we didn't make use of it, but it's a nice option of you want to stay in. The beds were very comfortable (soft) and the pillows used actual feathers (we usually bring our own for that reason, but these were great!). Lastly the in and out system with codes there is great. No worrying about if you locked the door, or losing a key etc. Overall really enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again.
