“People have challenges in any medical center/arena and mostly hear only the negatives about centers that service low income families and elderly. This Center has always been so kind and accommodating. Spoke with the wonderful Miss Avelina on the phone to reschedule a last minute cancelation due to an illness ( I work at an RCH and this happens often yet sometimes certain facilities don't understand) and without hesitation she didn't reprimand, talk down, lecture she said "life happens" nearly brought me to tears. We exchanged a little more conversation, I was comfortable and felt like I was talking to a good friend. I wanted to reach through the phone and hug her.
