I only got their first name I think it was Claudia and Blanca or Bianca. They where so incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. Didn't even ask what was wrong or what I needed. They hardly talked to me and when they did, they made me feel so uncomfortable and mortified and they sounded judgmental. This was the first and last time I will be going there. It felt like they didn't want to be there and didn't want to do their job. While waiting I was also talking to another patient and they also said they felt disrespected.

I have been here twice in a total of two day. I came in December 3, 2021 with severe pain. I was diagnosed with strep throat and an ear infection. I had my ear irrigated and was sent home with antibiotics and pain meds. Later that night my ear began gushing blood and I was experiencing intense ringing/ pulsating. Today, December 4th I returned only to find out they had ruptured my eardrum. During my second visit I had the pleasure of being seen by their PA Philips, Charles who was wonderful. The nurse LUCE on the other hand was a total nightmare. It began when I asked if I could bother her for some tissues, keep in mind my ear was gushing blood this whole time. She turned to me and completely dismissed me. LUCE later walked in to the room with no tissues, at this point there is blood all down my neck and chest. She completely ignored it and said "sign here" and tossed the discharge papers on the bed. Despite being right next to me. I could not believe my eyes. I immediately asked her for her name. She argued with me at first but I explained to her that tossing the papers was unnecessary and that she didn't bother to go over the instructions with me loud enough for everyone to hear. She did not say a word to me. She knew she had messed up and there was nothing she could say. I was lucky enough to take a look at her badge and see her name before being discharged. It is safe to say I will NEVER be returning to this ER and I hope there are serious consequences for her actions. It is not the patients fault she hates her job.

I took my wife in around 8 PM we left at 5 AM. It's like a ghost town there - absolutely no personnel visible from the waiting room. A CT scan was taken eventually, and eventually my wife got the results in the triage area where she waited, without any personnel visible, until I finally found her and we escaped that place. What really is horrible is that we received a bill for $19,000 dollars! If we didn't have insurance (they paid $3,000 and we paid $90.00) they probably would have tried to collect the entire amount! AARRGH!

Took my Dad to ER and he was diagnosed with Pneumonia after having a bad flu. They wanted to admit him which I had to talk him into. Then before they could admit him, a lady from accounting came into the ER and wanted a credit card. He had great insurance coverage and still they wanted to charge his portion of the ER visit. He left AMA. Later we found the Flu/Pneumonia had damaged his heart BADLY! He'd have stayed if they'd been more concerned for his health than riffling through his wallet.

Awful visit at this ER. I was in a room for 4 hrs and a nurse NEVER checked on me!! Unbelievable. It took 2 hrs for the dr to show up. It was NOT crazy busy. I had kidney pain and all I did was urine sample and cat scan. 5 hrs total!! Was given a pain pill and sent home.
