This place has the best Tortas
The produce is always fresh and it lasts at home for days, unlike other places the produce goes bad in a day or two. Fresh- big size-cups of fruit, but my favorite is the cup that has more than 3 fruits- diced in tiny little squares. Best place in town.

Very bad service with the person who makes the juices, I think that if you don't like your job, look for another one, I had a good impression of the store but with this person and his attitude I don't plan to return

More than a few times I have had a bad experience with the employees in the back area making tortas. The older lady is always nice and polite. The younger ones are rude and have bad customer service. I got a torta that was soggy and falling apart. I went to let the ladies know that the toaster might not be working properly, she says that's what happens when you mix mayo with lettuce, I bought two and the other torta was not soggy in that way. I wasn't asking for my money nor to have replaced, being that I go and know the own, I would've thought I would give an insight. Although I have been coming to this store for 10+ years and my children went to the same elementary with the owners child. I would have thought he would've showed a bit of respect. He was flat out rude and said Well I saw her make it, I should've said something then, I explained that I didn't see her make it. I ordered and came to the front to pay and went back for my order, his response was, "Well, it's my problem!" So I left and gave him back both tortas. Told him he can keep the tortas. $12 is what his lost of respect cost him. He was so rude it was unbelievable.

Overall great store, the man at the register and everyone else who works there is always very kind. The only thing I didn’t like was the nasty attitude the lady making the tortas had. When I asked her for a torta she rolled her eyes at me and basically just slammed it when she gave it to me. I understand that customer service is a tiring job and maybe she was having a bad day but the store was not at all busy and I was polite when I asked. I found it very rude unnecessary.

I only go for the cakes and juices. Excellent. The only bad thing is that they don't put prices on their vegetables.

The service is great! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Restaurant is always clean. Only thing I that could be improved is portion size.

Excellent Mexican produce store in Watsonville. My daughter and I love shopping here: the produce is always better quality than Safeway or Nob Hill and MUCH cheaper. Excellent selection of berries, produce, peppers of all kinds. Worth the trip into Watsonville.
