I had gotten a customized name and it’s so thin and fragile I don’t recommend getting customized names here because it will literally snap in half over the smallest movement..it’s the second time it’s snapped on me and I’m really upset because it takes over 2 weeks to get it fixed…not to mention I recently got It back and not even a day later It snapped again..I don’t have 40$ to be throwing every time it breaks:(..so much for “high quality”

Really awesome service. And super cute jewelry to choose from. My daughter got her ears pierced and Jessica was super nice to pierced them for me. The jewelry has lasted and is still shining.

If you want to get overcharged like crazy go here. I bought a 14k rope chain 26inches, 2.5mm for $2800 with taxes. I found a rope chain somewhere else for the same price but it's 28 inches and 3.5mm and it also 10.5 grams heavier.

I have been trying to look for a chain for myself and this jewelry place has to be one of the best places I encountered so far. Not only do they have the best chain but the customer service is excellent. I had a great experience in this store. I recommend this place.

Went in to scope out if I could get a ring for my lil mama since her birthdays coming up almost immediately I was stumped between picking one but Jose helped me come to my conclusion excellent costumer service I was surprised when he said he was just a sales associate and not the manager
