My water pump gave out on a road trip from Seattle to LA. Diaz Garage folks got me fixed up in 2 hours, and gave me a terrific price. They are kind people that are great at what they do.

I went for emissions. The guy who helped me was very professional and friendly. I would go again for anything else needed. It was the end of the day 530pm time to close but he didn't rush at all. Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

I needed a major repair (timing belt + water pump kit) done in a timely manner and Diaz was the nest shop I called by far. From the phone call to the completed job, Diaz Garage had the best customer service and did an amazing job on the replacements. Im surprised they didn't charge more because they made sure to evaluate and provide an answer for every concern I had.

Do not let Gio from Diaz Garage work on your vehicle. He is dishonest, he does not know what he is talking about, and if you involve the BAR (bureau of automotive repair) they say "oh we're not mad you called the BAR, my boss just doesn't want any trouble. Come get your car at no charge." The day I went to go get my car after them having it for 30 days, it was pouring rain. They disconnected my windshield wipers! I was lucky that my husband had driven me there and was still following behind me. I had to pull over because I had absolutely no visibility. I took my car to another mechanic and asked him to do a diagnostic and to check on the work that Gio did. After having my car for 30 days ( at Diaz garage) they still did not know what the problem was and said I needed a whole new engine! my cars check engine light was on and was giving a new code and that is a direct result of his work. What it was- since they wanted to be funny and pull the fuse/relay for my wipers on a pouring rain day, it was giving a new code. I am happy to say that my car is working fine now because an honest mechanic with integrity worked on it and it's running great! No lights on, everything works! For a great price! Do not trust your car to Diaz garage. They disconnected my wipers on a pouring rain day. Total jerks. 0 stars.
