Of all the CVS pharmacies I have dealt with, this one was by far the most professional, and just plain kind. The store was clean and the pharmacy tech that helped me was efficient and concerned. It was a real pleasure.

Worst pharmacy ever. Wait in line 20 to be told prescription will not be ready for 24 hours. Was told 2 days earlier would be ready today. I will give all my business to Walgreens from now on. This store should be closedpermanently.

At 3pm the line has almost 30 people in line for the pharmacy, 15 in line for regular cashiers, and no additional help being called in.

This review is just for Trang Nguyen the pharmacist manager. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to customers and employees very poorly. She was so rude to me was rolling her eyes constantly. She has extremely poor customer service and managerial skills.

I have been shopping at this CVS, since I moved to Watsonville (about 5 years ago,,) and I have never had a bad experience The staff are always friendly and willing to help me, if I need it. Even though the ,manager is always busy, she manages to say hi and ask me how I'm doing. Also gotta say the pharmacy department has excellent pharmacists and technicians, who go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the care I need. Really awesome store, all around.

CVS your Pharmacist so Called "BREE" is the worse person I have dealt with on the Phone .My 2nd time getting refused my Medications.A Profesional does not hang up the phone on people like she did ".BREE" you disgust me.She just Called Me AGAIN hanging up on me I personally don't know this lady Horrible !CVS please help.

This cvs is good with you coming to shop, spend your money, but will make you go elsewhere to use the restroom. I will not be returning to this cvs. I think it's ridiculous. (Other stores bathrooms are always open to use).

I got a plaxovid rx from cvs Main Street Watsonvlle and they only gave me one of the two meds that belong paired. This medicine is for COVID-19 and I didn't know that they should have given me two. Very disappointed and I plan to give them a call. I don't recommend this pharmacy. MORONS REALLY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY!

If I could give negative stars I would! my mom is literally dying of cancer and they are giving her a hard time about filling a pain med RX. worst customer service ever then they made her pay out of pocket for these items that her insurance covers and had covered in the past and wouldn't tell us why. this is the worst pharmacy ever. I honestly wonder if the pharmacist is pocketing the money and then charging the insurance company. reading these reviews has me concerned. do not fill prescriptions here.
