Went in for help on a new phone because i couldnt open the slot to insert my memory card. They were able to open it and said i had damaged the phone. However Lupe Chavez, manager, was very rude and did not help at all. They gave me my phone and memory card and very rude denied their service. Bad customer service. Need alot of improvement. Will not go there again. Plus prices of phones for upgrades are cheaper online at cricket than going into their store.
