It’s been ten years, but if I’m honest with myself, not a month goes by where I don’t think about my Corralitos experience. In 2014 my wife and I did a road trip from San Francisco to Austin, Texas. A few nights in we stopped off to surf in Capitola. Once we were done, we were asking about a good place to get some meat for a barbecue. They made a suggestion that would change my life forever. Once we’d followed the directions they gave to Corralitos we arrived at the unassuming butchers. We bought a selection of fantastic sausages and the a bag of barbecued “tri-tips” being from the UK, we’d never heard of these and boy were we in for a treat! Over the course of the next couple of days we chomped through this fine selection of meats and still to this day I’ve never eaten a “beef based product” as delicious as freshly barbecues Tri-tips from Corralitos - It’s taken me too long to write this review, but alas a decade later… here it is

The owners need to teach customer service to their cashier, today I went in for something for dinner, of course got some links. It was after 4:30,The cashier asked do I cook them and I said oven cooked she tells the fastest way what a microwave. Being that I am local Portuguese we don't cook like that. Once I said eww microwave cooked, she was very rude dismissive to me. I don't know she was annoyed with me, but customer service wasn't on herself today.

Purchased our Christmas ham (last minute on Christmas Eve). Ham was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course couldn't leave without one of their gourmet hot dogs to go! Love this place!

We got a smoked boneless ham from here for Christmas that was AMAZING. And while we were at it, we decided to try some of their sausages since we really like to grill. I cannot believe how incredible these were. We tried three different flavors and all were SO flavorful. The cheesey Bavarian and the chicken mango are OUT OF THIS WORLD! I highly reccomend this local shop to anyone and everyone. We will likely be driving here often from Monterey because the products are worth it!

If you want good quality meat and excellent customer service go to the Corralitos Market. They make their own sausages in a huge number of varieties. The best ground beef I've ever found. It's also a grocery store. I drove an hour from home to pick up meat for a holiday dinner. It was worth the drive.

Great shop for sandwiches and drinks when you are in the area. It is a sausage company so you can choose from a variety to bring home and cook as well. Service is friendly and helpful.

Our family are big fans of the Corralitos Market. For years, we have shopped to get great sandwiches, side dishes, drinks, dessert ... (picnic!) and very impressive cuts of meat from the talented butchers. A professional bunch - they really know their trade. We do a "buy up' and fill our freezer with high quality sausage and meats. Even during Covid, we got in long lines to shop. As a Rule, the staff is helpful and patient.

Been going to the Corralitos market since I was 10yrs old. My family moved to Corralitos in 1985, the first thing my Grandpa did was take me there to get a sandwich and candy. I always bought candy there when i was in grade school at Bradley elementry down the road. Fast forward 30yrs: I still stop in once a week when I visit my dad to stock up on sausages. Its great, they still have hard to find candy and sodas, along with their amazing meats. From the chicken apple breakfast sausages to the marinated steaks and everything inbetween. What I love is their qaulity and consistency! The staff are always friendly and willing to help. This place is world known for a reason! Make sure to stop in here if your nearby...

We ordered a ribeye steak from the butcher and it was USDA Choice is what he said but I found that the rib eye from the local safeway in Mountain View was way superior - also the sausages were just OK - the sausages from Dittmer's are far better.....

Next to Aptos is Corralitos where my friend's sister lives. So when we swung by the next time, I had to stop at Corralitos Market for their bison and cheese bavarian sausages, beef sticks and fresh teriyaki jerky. The bison sausage and beef sticks had a little more heat than expected but that cheesy bavarian and fresh teriyaki jerky was delicious. Since I don't live that close, I picked up a pack each of Elk, Wild Boar, and Lamb Sausage so I can also replicate my own Sausage Sandwich Corralito Market style at home - I fell in love with that elk sausage that two months later, I was back to stock on more elk, some cheesy bavarian that would be perfect for Oktoberfest, and just made fresh teriyaki jerky that was worth the 1 hour wait for it to finish. Everyone was so friendly from the butcher and sausage counter to the cashiers that it's become my favorite meat and sausage market.

You can't go wrong at corralitos! Their sweet pineapple sausage is my absolute favorite ever!!! You can't go wrong with any of their other sausages but the pineapple is out of this world. The service at corralitos is always amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Last time we were there I picked up some of their Korean chicken wings. We bbq'd them last night. All I can say is every time we stop at corralitos in the future they are a must get! So flavorful, moist and delicious.
