“What an incredibly wonderful secret, hidden in plain sight. I’ve loved four miles away from the Elkhorn Slough Reserve for over fifty years and have never stepped foot inside. Why did I wait? Why did I waste so many precious years not enjoying the beauty and serenity? I’ll never know. But I am so glad that today, I decided to take my three year old toddler out for a walk to burn some energy. Burn some, we did.If you’re just into fresh air and exercise, you’ll love it. If you’re I to bird watching or nature photography, you’ll love it. If you want to learn about the Slough’s ecosystem and animals, you’ll love it. If you’re allergic to beauty and awe, you’ll hate it.Sincerely, I’m not even sure I want to post this review because I’d love for this absolutely 100% free hidden jewel remains so. But God didn’t make beauty like this for just a handful of people to enjoy. There are picnic areas and even restrooms along the trails. So there’s no excuse not to make your day better and visit Elkhorn Slough Reserve.”

“Have been before, private club rents out for events, we had party there. Nice rustic bldgs in sunny Corralitis. No real amenities but full kitchen, bring/prepare your own food/drink (there's a Deli and pizza shop nearby) semi-forested, tall redwoods, plenty of room for kids to run, large patio area, quiet peaceful setting, very relaxing, easy access from town.”

“Always Wonderful! Muchisimas to Everyone - I don't know what I would do without them! - Por supuesto They seem like Angels to me! They delivered food & help all through the storms & floods last season. No matter how busy they are they work tirelessly to find me rides to my many appointments. God bless all the wonderful Staff & Drivers. They are such good People.”

“Best spay and neuter clinic I've ever been to. They fixed my Rottweiler up for a good price. Gonna some day soon get my cat fixed up from them as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a cat or dog.”

“Dientes has been my dental clinic for many years now. I used to drive to Santa Cruz when that was their only office that existed. Their location in Watsonville made it more convenient for me since I live in this area. Ever since I came to the clinic, I have had many visits and work done. Most visits medi-cal took care of my payment, but some more serious issues like root canals and crowns had to be paid out of pocket. I have always had a great experience with their clinic. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The environment is very comforting, safe, and clean. They call me to remind me of my appointments a couple of days before, and if there is a cancelation from another patient, they will even try to get me in sooner. I just got my teeth cleaned today I thought I would write a good review for them since I have always been really happy for all that they do for me.”

“Nice family place, good for kids and adults alike. It's nice to have a safe place where the kids can go to get exercise and be with other kids. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that music for dance classes is waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy too loud, you can hear it out to Moss Landing!”

“Goodwill Central Coast, our local thrift store, isn't just a place to find affordable items; it's a haven of stories waiting to be discovered. Walking through its doors, I couldn't help but feel the anticipation of unearthing hidden treasures and uncovering the narratives behind each item. What makes Goodwill Central Coast unique is its diverse range of items, from vintage clothing and furniture to books and electronics. The thrill lies in the hunt, as you never know what gem you might stumble upon. But beyond the bargains, it's the knowledge that every purchase supports Goodwill's mission to empower individuals in our community through job training and employment services. It's a store with a heart, where shopping is not just about acquiring possessions but also about making a positive impact. In essence, Goodwill Central Coast is a place where thrift meets purpose. It's a reminder that our community's stories intertwine, and by shopping here, we become part of a larger narrative of compassion and support.”
