Coast Gas always came to our home on a consistent basis. Friendly, considerate drivers and never a problem. With Amerigas it has been the total opposite. I have had to call repeatedly to try to get someone out to fill up our tank. Was told that "a ticket was generated".....no one showed up. Waiting on hold for over 10 minutes right now. We have to limit our heater usage due to the fact that they will not show up!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is a joke. She laughed twice on the call. All of my neighbors have Suburban Propane, guess we will be changing to that service.

got a signed contract, said first fill up was one price, then came time to fill was another, then the tank rental went from $55 to $165. its just a scam, there is no regulation. These companies are all the same. but listen to the commercials, propane is so great! B.S.
