Expensive car wash that is broken, timer for dryer is not accurate, dryer has been damaged and bent back into shape. vacuums in poor condition and barely working with missing parts, buckets for washing tires a mess if even filled at all. 1/15/24 update: now vacuums broken without suction, a no go moving forward.

Oh WOW!!! I have never in my life seen a car wash so expensive from any chevron in California....It is almost twice the price of the chevron 1 mile away from here.This owner is very obviously shady A.F. !

Won $10.00 on diamond ticket should have gotten a free ticket and then paid $20.00 for one more diamond ticket and two magic ball tickets $5.00 a piece but no free ticket or money. Talked with the girl but nothing happen. This is so wrong on many levels

Horrible customer service. Walk in and not even greeted or spoken to. When you ask a question they rather look at the TV and walk away. They need better management.

Young adults working here with no idea what customer service is. Walked in, without any acknowledgment or hello. Didn't care about anything other than staring at the TV. Worst experience at a chevron ever. I might as well go to ACRO to get gas with the same attitude at least my gas will be cheaper.

I I walked their from my house to buy cigarettes and a beer I got their at 11:30 the cashier said to wait 30 mins he was hiding in the back starring at me it was passed 12 so I left came back at 1:00am he was just in the back hiding still it was close to 2 and he started stocking the shelf with beer looking at me cuz he knew I asked for alcohol waited till 2:00am he came to the window to help me out and he milked the clock he seemed lazy and didn't want to help me out he looked like he woke up from sleeping it was too late to buy beer I told him what's wrong with him that wasn't okay and he said I couldn't buy alcohol OR CIGARETTES PAST 2:00am he just gave me the run around the whole time he deserves to get fired he even called the cops on me for no reason I'm a daily customer I've never seen him before cus I only go during the day and that guy was just something else he said he can pull out the law book about him not selling CIGARETTES AFTER 2:00AM I told em go pull out your book and he said I can't my manager has it I told him your Fucken weird bro then I left and said Great Customer Service bro he was just starring at me saying bye bye smiling god bless that guy he seemed miserable and it seemed like he hates his job and dealing with customers.

Went to get a fill up on gas and a drive-thru car wash. At the end of pumping gas, no receipt with car wash code was given. I went to go inside to get help, but the store was locked with nobody in it. I've been calling for 3 days and no answer. Looked at my credit card statement and I was billed for the car wash. Sweet.

On August 15(about 9:30am) I came over to use the vacuum cleaner. I parked my car in the designated area. I looked at the price $2.50 but it must be in quarters. I walked over to the convenience store to get quarters. A young man was behind the counter. I asked for change in quarters. The counter person did not bother to open the cash register to look. Yet, he responded by giving me a classic hand gesture for nothing. He did not speak. I am assuming that he is a mute.It is good to know that the owners hire handicap people.

We just stopped to buy 3 Lg.Fountain Drinks for $. 49 sodas with Extra mile Rewards but the Stupid Cashier charged me for 2 Xl drinks for $4.35 We had to demand a Refund and he can't even count.
