Trying to reach them and get them to show up was a train-wreck. It might well be the service guy is fine. First it was a request to text a picture of the appliance, which I did, but no response despite days of waiting. Then it was we don't have time to come out for a week or more, then apparently rather than keeping the appointment, they texted me on the Sunday before the appointment requesting confirmation by text I was there and since I didn't respond (no cell service at home) chose to not come out as scheduled. Then were willing to reschedule, but wanted another week or so to come back out.

Ken is amazing. He came and fixed my oven problem in 15 minutes. I've asked for his help several times over the years and he is the real deal. Ken is kind and so knowledgeable about appliances. Calling him for help is like calling up the old-fashioned fix-it guy from your small friendly town. His prices are fair and he's a good value for the money. I called twice for an appointment, and got an answering machine - never returned call. I called another appliance dealer and they promptly answered and scheduled an appointment the next day.

We had a refrigerator breakdown and I called on a Sunday and had to leave a message. I was disappointed that the business didn't have an emergency service. I just bought a new fridge instead on waiting.

Great service and communication! Gave advice on how to fix our Samsung refrigerator even though they do not service that brand. Fixed the burners on my stove.

I recently have been having issues with my gas range/oven. I had attempted to buy new appliances but due to dimensions I could not find anything to fit leaving me for 3-4 weeks without an oven. I reached out to C&N appliances and was assisted immediately. The scheduling and follow up was timely and wonderful and my service was scheduled quickly and was on time. This is a husband/wife led business and they are, for lack of a better pun, cooking with gas. Nothing but professional, fair and considerate I would recommend them for any fixes that you may need.
