Oh my goodness I was reading the other reviews that were bad they must be narcissist or something think they deserve special attention I'm not sure but everyone there is always polite the girls do treat you like they've known you forever and I never have problems getting appointments that's too bad more people don't post some reviews for this office oh well I'm giving them a 10

They always make you feel like more than just a patient. Service is outstanding and everything is done very fast. I would definitely recommend this place for the friendly staff and professional service. Going to the doctor can be a scary experience and is not my favorite place to be... but they always answered my questions with care and were very helpful & informative. 5 Stars without a doubt

I would give this place zero stars if I could! This place honestly sucks my grandmother goes here and all they do is cancel appointments. They called half an hour before her appointment was scheduled to inform us they wouldn't be able to see her today. This isn't the first time they do this either.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It's truly a shame because I have multiple family members who come here for their regular visits. I have tried multiple times to try and get an appointment here and to check if they accept the type of insurance I am providing them. Each time I get my information taken with the promise that someone will get back to me. On different occasions I have spoken to Nancy, Esmeralda, Lynette and someone else maybe Susan and no one returns my calls. If this is how the front office runs, not quite sure it's worth it to be seen here. They seem uninterested in acquiring new patients even though they say they are taking new patients. I had to flat out ask if they wanted a new patient because it doesn't seem to be the case and that's fine just say so. Again, with an office as disorganized or uninterested as this, I would hate to experience the health care provided. I'll take it as a blessing in disguise. Taking my health somewhere else.

This review is strictly for the young female receptionists. I chose not to see the Dr because of the rude and unprofessional treatment I was given upon calling the office to schedule an appt. I wouldn't advise anyone to this medical practice unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen by the front desk. I have a few friends who go to this clinic and they love the Doctors and how caring and compassionate they are but both of my friend agree the receptionists are always rude and have attitudes. The Brennan Medical Group should definitely reconsider who they let handle their customer service.
