This was a very clean store and the staff were very friendly and helpful to their customers. They had freshly baked cookies and other treats and the coffee was delicious, you know it’s got to be good if you’re local law enforcement goes in to get their coffee and its great that it’s a 24 hour store if you want to have a clean restroom you can always guarantee that the restroom will be clean unless they have a rush of customers coming in after they get off work and need to pick up something quick and have to use the restroom . Thanks for the customer service and kind employees that work hard in the late hours of the night and into the morning. Exceptional customer service was very nice to have received.

Wow, it's not often you come across a business with far more one star reviews than anything higher. It's no surprise, though. In addition to needing a Haz-Mat suit before entering the bathrooms (as indicated by other posters) at the Arco station on Green Valley Rd., they appear to be DISHONEST cheats as well. Unable to find a working windshield cleaner squeegee among the tubs of filthy water, (some didn't even have squeegees attached to the wooden handle . . . just the sponge part) I ended up wiping off my windows with paper towels (very surprising they had those). Anyway, I was pissed-off and distracted by this when I drove away without putting the pump hose back in the pump. (Obviously, that's on me) The hose, lying on the ground looked fine, as did the pump itself. I went into the store and gave them my license and information to copy. They called me a week later to say that I owed them a little over $200 for repairs. I had since read that because this is a common mishap, modern gas pumps are designed to easily detach and reattach to the gas pump. No new parts are needed and it takes about a minute. This makes sense because I drove by the station the day after my mistake and, by all appearances, the pump looked to be fully operational. I dropped off a check for $219 dollars a few days after hearing from them. With my check was a note, asking that they text me a picture of the invoice for the parts and labor they supposedly paid for. Guess what? I never heard from them again. Needless to say, neither I, nor anyone I share this story with, will ever buy anything again from this horribly managed, rip-off of a gas station. Not a thimble of gas, not a bag of Doritos, not a pack of smokes, etc. . . . nothing, ever again. Robbing your customers is very stupid and just short-term thinking greed. In the long-run, if you're gonna be a lying thieving gas station owner, you'll end up losing more money (from lost business) than you'll ever be able to steal. And so, for $200 bucks you've earned this kind of review, living on Yelp forever. There are a number of gas stations, with better prices, just a couple of blocks away on Freedom Blvd. If you must use this place, pay cash. God knows what they might do with your credit card information. p.s. I really hate giving you guys any ideas on how to get better at defrauding your customers, but, you could have just printed up a fake invoice and texted me a picture of it. You might want to think about replacing whatever half-wit criminal mastermind you use.

To the morning shift It's 10am no coffee nothing is restocked, you got 5 employees in the front doing nothing... the cream machine was not stoked, neither was the coffee or the syrup, no hot coco or hot chocolate... I even pressed the coffee machine to get some coffee stated.. I check the creamers all wear empty, I took my my business next door to Starbucks

Lupe at the register is so rude & it's uncalled for ! Idk how she still has a job there !! Everyone complains about her a** & nothing is ever done about it . She needs to learn customer service

The way they talk to you isn't good. I dont deserve being disrespected. Any time you tell them something isn't working, always some kind of under the breath comment. I tell them usually the guy, they don't need to talk to me that way they can be nicer about it or tell us . He responds I didnt do anything wrong. BadBusiness. And they charge .50 extra when you use debt. There is saposta be a visible sigh saying that. There is not. I will not be returning there

This is the first AmPM gas station store that I go to and doesn’t allow you to go to the restroom seriously? I’m traveling long distance and got the urge to use the restroom and supposedly is out of service you guys better fix it because I think everyone pays a lot of money in your store and everything should be functioning perfectly

Employee says that it's my fault when I specifically told her what pump and how much and they say they will check register to see if they will come over how are u gonna come over if someone else a ready pumped that gas
