Do not use this place. Lousy service, bad PR skills. I will not return again. I'm not sure who recommended this at 5 stars, but....?

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had to fill a rental car before returning it to Hertz. Wasn't sure how much gas it needed and 7-11employee would NOT allow me to pay the exact amount of purchase with my debit card. I estimated $30, they assured me the change would be credited back to my card (only took $16). After 2 bank billing cycles the change was not credited back. Furthermore the pump shut off before the car was full, which I did not realize until i returned the car to Hertz. Since Hertz wanted to charge me $60 for a 4 gallons of gas I had to go back out, drive around and find another station to fill it...Today I tried to call the manager but was hung up on three times. Followed up with call to corporate who , after I provided all my receipt information, first tried to get me to join some sort of rewards program, then tried to give me a gift card to 7-11.. The refund check will take up to 4 weeks! Never doing business with them and made that clear to the corporate representative (who was probably in a foreign country!)

Went there earlier in the week for a soda, and got ants with my ice from the dispenser. I was pretty polite and just let them know the problem and left. Came back 4 days later and the problem was even worse, significantly more ants in the ice machine and Roberto said, yep, those are ants with wings you can grab another one... Yes, I could get another soda with more ants. They made it clear they don't care about health and safety or even being nice.I work nearby and come in frequently at lunch for snacks or to fill up my tank -- won't be doing so anymore.

Their machines were obviously tampered with so I noticed the employees but they did not care and they said it was “normal/happens all the time.” I trusted them, and then my credit card got hacked /cloned likely due to a skimmer/scam device at this location. Before this incident there was an issue with one of their machines being faulty, which they didn’t care about, so I gave them a second chance this time and that was obviously a mistake.

These guys are fraud. If you want to learn what NOT to do to lose regular paying customers then visit this 7Eleven store. I work 1 min away from this restaurant, despite being able to get cheaper gas elsewhere, I still get full tank everyday from here because I do Uber after my 9 to 5. During my lunch break I get a RedBull and danish from this store everyday Monday through Friday, and once a week I buy air fresheners for my car from this store. Roberto who’s the manager or the owner even remembers me but honestly these guys are fraud. I went to this store today to get full tank of gas and a Tree air freshener for my car. Air freshener was listed at $3.99 price with a printed tag(see photo). I picked it up, went to checkout and told them I want gas too. The lady at the checkout tried to charge me $4.99 for the air freshener and I inserted my credit card. Luckily card wasn’t inserted all the way and I noticed this. I immediately brought this to her attention. She called Roberto, he said it’s $4.99 my friend prices go up everyday. I told him but the tag says $3.99 and he said yes, he knows. Roberto DID not care about loosing a everyday customer. For me it was not about $1, it was about what’s right. If the item was listed at $4.99, it would’ve been ok. I cancelled my entire order and left. What is the result? Just because Roberto made a mistake of not updating the tag and he doesn’t want to acknowledge his mistake, he lost a a customer who spent almost $50 everyday. All he had to do was say, I’m sorry these are the new prices I forgot to update the price tag. I have been general manager for a lot of big name businesses and this js not how you treat your customers. People who focus on saving a dollar today and loosing thousands in the future as a ripple effect, you know what happens.

This is the fifth time coming into this establishment. Many nights I shop here and the customer service is wonderful.. morning time however is very unsatisfactory the older women and middle aged short gentleman seems like the manager.. both are very cruel and show openly mean spirited vindictive personality towards me and my friends.. I like to belive it is due to a language barrier.. and giving the benefit of the doubt that does not seem to be the case.. I would really like to talk with a owner or if possible have this kind of tension by means of conflict resolution training as I feel that it will be in the best interest of all parties that are invested in this one particular establishment at this location here in Watsonville. I will come in several more times and gather video of it evidence if possible please contact me as soon as you can thank you and I hope everything works out well in the near future with potential other white customers. And walks of all life regardless of race color creed. From a concern potential customer. Sun Ray Frankie Paluszynski..

Their gas pumps are poorly maintained. They don't seal well and as a result, you can't pump gas. The lady at the counter seemed offended that I even insinuated their gas pumps were faulty. Never going there again.

When I went there the lady that helped me was laughing with her coworker in Spanish but when I started talking to her and trying to be friendly in English she came off smug and rude....

Another typical 7/11 store. This does have a gas station which is convenient. Have all the usual snacks and drinks.

This is one of the worse customer services that I have ever had because they are apparently. Able to take money from customers and not feel like it's the managements responsibility to1. Make sure that employees are not thieves but management must condone this kinda thing .2. At least attempt to help the costumers when it's your employees at fault not make it even more of a blame game.3.how could your employee knowingly take money and you not try to check the camara's at least instead you made my sister feel like she was the one who should have done a background check on your employee... !! So sad

Horrible rude customer service have lotto tickets laid out like 5 year olds. Some are flipped indicating they're out and they're not. I asked for a certain number and she said they were out but sold one to another customer. Discrimination at its best.
