Above shoulders short haired girl with dyed looking tips was too busy speaking to someone on the phone so no greetings at all and when we asked what the price was she aggressively pointed at the small screen. Your guys’ employees should not be too busy on the phone to speak back to customers. Unacceptable

Do go here to pull out cash. Their atm is messed and doesnt give you cash or you have to make another transaction because it gets stuck

Posted last week about an issue with the pricing and went back to the store to give them a chance to fix the issue. The pricing issue with the cigarettes is still not fixed. Clearly advertised with the cigarettes was a 2pack special for $6.76 per pack. This should have resulted in a charge of $13.52 plus tax. I instead was charged $15.52 subtotal plus the tax on $15.52 for a total of $16.96 When I pointed out the $2 difference on the subtotal which should have been $13.92 the store manager still refused to adjust the price and refund me the difference. This is not only horrible customer service it is also ILLEGAL to falsely advertise prices. She blamed the cigarette distributors and focused on the idea that it was their fault. As a former customer service rep you never focus on who is the cause of the problem you focus and fixing the problem. Take care of the customer first and then go to your cigarette company and get your money back from them. This is the 3rd issue I have had with 7-11 that I have writteb about and this practice of false advertising has gone on many more times that I have not reported. Customers are getting misled by 7-11 and they need to fix it and take care of the customers first as they risk getting in serious trouble for false advertising and overcharging their customers. THis can lead to serious fines so the issue needs to be addressed. I will gladly give them another chance to fix the issue and report my findings in a week a so.

On a week night rhe clerk close store to clean I got there at 100am and the sign says closed tup 230am for What? 7-11 is suppose to be open 24 hours. Ride employee would not even looj at me.

Worst store to be in. Woman who works there makes all the high school kids feel like thieves. Yells at them to leave their bags, follows them around makes the dumbest comments ever. Having my own little brother be accused of stealing (when he clearly was standing in line waiting to pay) makes me feel angry and kind of offended. These are KIDS good kids. I understand there are a few who chose to steal but Jesus! To make everyone feel uncomfortable while they're trying to make a PURCHASE is ridiculous. Who ever she is she is way in over her head tone down the attitude. Paying customers no matter the age shouldn't feel victimized.
