Way to expensive! The quote they gave me for a tow from Waterford to Modesto was $325 & another tow company towed me the distance for $140. Out of the 3 places I'd called, Waterford Tow was more than double that price from what the other places charged.

If I could give this place less I would! What a racket! After an accident my car was towed here as the closest tow yard. I was told by someone who worked there I had 45 days to pay my 330$ tow and sign over my totaled car and not have to pay the storage fee. When I returned at 28 days I was informed by the office lady that I needed to do that within 2 weeks of them towing my car. She told me my bill was now upwards of $2000! After telling her what the other fellow had told me she said I could just pay the 330 right then and there or be sent to collections for the $2000! I would never do business with shady people like this, and I'm pretty upset CHP would use people like this.

I guess if you can legally rip customers off you might as well. They charged me $65 to go less than a half mile. From pioneer market to California auto service. How the heck do they get away with this

For those people who pay insurance so you don't have to pay cash upfront, especially during these times of uncertainty. Don't bother calling, they don't bill your insurance company, and the prices are a bit pricey.

I had nothing but a positive experience with this company. My car died about two blocks from my house. After unsuccessfully jump starting my vehicle, I decided to have it towed to a local repair shop in town. The nice man that came to rescue me and my dead vehicle responded to my call within five minutes. It was a very cold morning, so he told me to go sit in his truck and wait. When my car was loaded up and secure, he asked me which mechanic I wanted to go to. The first place we drove to had a full lot and looked to be busy. The man commented on how much he dislikes having to drop off cars in their lot as their lot was situated on a hillside. I asked for suggestions on other places to go in Waterford, and he suggested a couple of others. I decided to go to the shop across the highway from where I originally planned to go to, and he told me that the owner was very reasonable, upfront and not a "shade tree" mechanic; he always takes his own vehicles there. He even told me that they would give me a ride back home so I wouldn't have to walk the 5 or so miles in the cold. Nothing disappeared out of my vehicle, I wasn't swindled for extra cash because we drove to two separate places, and he wasn't rude to me at all. I'm sorry to hear that other people had bad experiences, but that wasn't my experience at all, and I will be calling them again the next time I need a tow in town. They do accept debit cards, so don't worry about needing cash.

My truck was towed to Waterford Towing Service and when taken of tow truck hit another car already in their lot. Waterford Tow is the worst tow company every they are located on Yosemite Blvd. Tim and Brenda McDaniel are owners and are very un professional and your car will have more damage after you pick it up. Tim cursed out my daughter and refused to give any itemized list I am sure because things are going to go missing. We had to call the Sheriffs office to help because they would not give us anything in writing. All I want is my truck back. If. for some reason they tow you property make sure you take pictures prior to them taking your car or truck. When my mother called because she is the RP they hung up on her 3 times. I would rate them a negative amout
