“I always recommend your office and specifically Dr. Singh. I initially was seeking a second opinion for my husky Reagan; a surgical procedure by another office was recommended but I was hesitant because she was so young. Dr. Singh took the time to not only observe her in the office, but also video we had taken at home...because of his thorough exams, tests, etc. my girl was diagnosed, and treated without surgery. He is caring, honest, kind, and has always gone above and beyond in caring for all my furbabies. 5 stars doesn't cover it! ?⭐️”
“This vet office saved us from having a horrible day after rescuing a kitten. We saved a kitten from being run over in the middle of the road, eyes closed shut from an upper respiratory infection. We first went to Monte Vista emergency vet. They were unfortunately closed because of the Holiday weekend. Called and asked if they humanely take cats in and said they could so we went to the emergency Vet off Taylor. After waiting around for about 4 hours they told me they could not euthanize the cat. My wife and I were pissed we waited 4 hours because we wanted to humanely surrender a kitten we wanted to save and not kill!
The vets office inside of this petco has individuals that truly care for animals. Even without an appointment they were able to squeeze us in to get an emergency visit, clean the kitten, and provide medication. It was very heartwarming to know that there are amazing people working there. I didn’t catch the receptionists name but I would like to thank her for checking with the vet and getting us in. Thank you as well to Jessica the vet tech, and the vet whose name escapes me. You all are amazing people.”

Since we travel for work we've seen different vets around the country, by far this is the BEST clinic. The love and care for our dogs has been amazing. “The employees at Empire Vets are wonderful. They are a whole different class of people. They really care about your animal. Our dog got chewed up by a pit bull. We took her to Empire Vets and they helped her without asking us if we had money or any source of payment first. That kinda stuff don't usually happen. They were so concerned about our dog. They got her up and ready to go. We were so pleased with their service that we will never take out dog anywhere else besides Empire Vets. Thank you to everyone who works who works there.”

“2 weeks ago I found a critically injured kitten in my garage. When I found him I discovered the bone was exposed on his right arm. And the arm was also dead and infected. I didn’t think the little guy would make it through the night, but he pulled through and I took him to Dr. Cassidey to be taken care of. The kitten was in rough condition. But Dr. Cassidey took amazing care of him and gave him a second chance at life. Sunny ended up getting his arm amputated. Dr. did an exceptional job with the surgery and treated him with love and respect. I took Sunny in today to get his stitches removed. The staff here has made this journey very easy and have shown little Sunny so much love and care. I do not trust a lot of vet offices but Monte Vista is at the top of the list for veterinary’s I will take my pets to.”
