This store is terrible, just go to Bakersfield. They managed to charge me $300 to pay off my old phone but couldn't give me my new phone because of system issues. Now I have an old phone that won't work, whatever they did messed up the service and I can't call or text at all, and they told me to come in today only to find a "closed early" sign at the exact time they told me to come in. Now I have to go to Bakersfield tomorrow to get everything done the right way. Not sure why they even put this store here. It wasnt the girls' fault who work there, the Verizon team wouldn't help them solve the issues over the phone - honestly Verizon itself is awful. I'm going to figure out how to switch to AT&T. Awful awful awful experience.
