Very unprofessional and unorganized. I've ordered 5 times and every single time they have either had me waiting 30 minutes - 2 hours, made my order in front of me, or tried to make me return later due to them not being aware of my order even existing. (the most recent) Every time I placed an order through instagram, it was such a hassle to get a response. When I called the store recently, they gave me attitude for some reason. I understand if they're busy but the fact that they made me pay in full just for them to not have my order or even know about it is insane. I drove from Delano to Wasco just for them to do this. The worker asked me if I wanted to come back whenever she had it ready and I asked for my money back. She took 30 minutes to send me my money back. I do not recommend this shop and will not be going back.

Great customer service, and the work is out of this world. It's well recommended if you're in love. Give her flowers, and if you're a girl, he deserves flowers too ?

Thank you again Dulces for helping my family make sure my ama had a great birthday. Even though we are miles away we were able to make sure she had a smile on her beautiful face for her birthday.
