Very pleased with the service. My Mini Cooper wouldn’t start so my Geico insurance sent Martin’s towing to tow my vehicle to the dealership to get serviced. Chris was very patient and helpful!

I just got off the phone with a woman named "Carmen" from Martins Towing Service. She was so rude to me when I called asking for help. She laughed at me when I told her I had a flat tire and needed help. She (barely) answered my questions very sarcastically and did not seem to care at all about helping me. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what- either way I did not deserve to be spoken to the way she did to me. She must've realized I would complain about her after I asked for her name because all of a sudden her tone changed and she started to attempt to be nice. I was alone and scared and needed help when I called her. She made this an even worse experience for me. If I could put less than 1 star- I would! Nobody should have to deal with someone like that during any time and even less during a horrible situation like mine. I hope this review gets back to her employer and I hope she is fired.

We got stuck in the mud out in the country during a hail storm. I called AAA and the man I spoke with informed me they were sending a driver from Martin's. The driver showed up around the estimated time. He was super friendly and knew exactly what to do to get us safely back on the road.

These guys were very helpful and and as much as I wanted to be upset with them for towing my vehicle I couldn't based on the customer service I received, still not happy with the chp for the tow but martins staff was 5 star hands down
